Explain the dosages
Adults and children 12 yrs and older, stir 2 teaspoons into 4-8 oz of beverage or soft food (hot or cold) 3 times daily. Stir well until dissolved.
For ages 6-11 yrs old, stir 1 teaspoon into 4-8 oz of beverage or soft food.
Not recommended for carbonated beverages.
Not recommended for children under 6 yrs.
